George Angelato, V.P. Quality Assurance & Technical Support

George Angelato is vice president of Quality Assurance, Documentation & Technical Support for Hyland Software.  George leads the team of testers and documenters responsible for assuring the quality of the OnBase suite of modules, for creating the necessary documentation for our Partners and Customers and for providing technical support to the OnBase community.

In the 13 years since joining Hyland Software in 1996 George has demonstrated successes in various Hyland departments, including Customer Service and Marketing.

George has been very active in forming the Northern Ohio Software Quality Assurance Association (NOSQAA), a professional business organisation dedicated to Software Quality.  Mr. Angelato is also Vice President of the organisation he helped to create.  He is a Comptia Board Member working as a Subject Matter Expert for certifications germane to our industry and he is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Prior to joining Hyland, George worked with General Electric and American Express.

George received his degree in Accounting and Real Estate from Georgia State University.
