The OnBase Integration for Oracle E-Business Suite 11i gives Oracle users instant access to unstructured supporting information (e-mails, reports, correspondence, invoices and more) directly from E-Business Suite applications. Point-and-click, drag-and-drop configuration enables easy and rapid deployement without custom coding. Many OnBase customers have also rapidly integrated other Oracle enterprise applications such as PeopleSoft® and JD Edwards®.
Users can import and index documents by simply clicking an icon within the Oracle application screen, eliminating indexing labor and linking OnBase documents and processes to the data they support. With a mouse-click, users working in Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft or JD Edwards applications can directly retrieve individual documents such as a specific PO, a list of all orders for a given customer or an employee record folder containing all employee documents. Workflows automate exceptions routing, approvals and enable visibility into processes enterprise-wide.
