OEM Partner Commitments
Dedicate a formal organisational team to design, market, and implement complete Integrated Document Management (IDM) solutions for specific vertical markets.
- Provide end-user customer service and support, and provide the sole line of communication with customers.
- Qualify as an Authorised OnBase Support Centre by having at least one representative complete the full OnBase Installation Certification sequence and pass the Certification Exam.
- Conduct a thorough needs analysis for every prospective customer before recommending an IDM solution. Recommendations should include all appropriate OnBase modules, hardware (servers, workstations, storage, network, scanners, printers), and software (operating system, database, utilities) necessary to achieve the results expected by the customer.
- Provide training for end-user customer systems administrators and users.
- Contractually commit to a specified amount of annual software revenue to Hyland Software.
- Contribute to the cost of initiating the OEM Partnership with a one-time OEM fee.
