- Supply a "private-label" version of OnBase software and all associated documentation.
- Incorporate all ongoing enhancements of OnBase software into the private-label version.
- Make available development resources necessary to customise private-label version or integrate it with other products.
- Offer an aggressive discount schedule (based on the OEM Partner's annual revenue commitment to Hyland Software).
- Provide one complete, fully configurable, stand-alone system for demonstration and test purposes
- Supply the option of licensing the software for in-house use at the cost of the annual maintenance fee.
- Commit an OEM Account Manager and Inside Account Executive as liaisons to Hyland Software.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to your organisation from Hyland Software Technical Services; including 24/7 telephone support, dial-up diagnostic capability, and fee-based installation services
- Provide comprehensive, fee-based technical training classes for salespeople and certified installers. Installation I, the first class of the three-part Installation Certification process, is complimentary for the OEM's first attendee.
- Offer access to Hyland Software Marketing to assist in the production of customised promotional material.
