Hyland Software Commitments

• Offer a competitive discount schedule based on the Solution Provider's annual software revenue to Hyland Software.
• Supply one complete, fully configurable, stand-alone version of OnBase® software for demonstration and test purposes (Solution Providers must purchase a single user Sybase SQL Anywhere database in order to customise the demo).
• Provide for use of any OnBase software module dedicated to the Solution Provider's internal use for the cost of annual maintenance, up to maximum of $80,000 worth of software at list price. The Solution Provider must maintain their OnBase Authorisation and employ an OnBase Installation Specialist certified to install and support any module used in order to continue use of the software.
• Assign an Account Manager to supply product information and pricing, conduct sales training sessions, attend joint sales calls and trade shows, present at seminars and product demonstrations, assist the preparation of quotes and proposals, and cooperate in planning joint marketing initiatives.
• Provide comprehensive technical support from Hyland Software Customer Support for certified OnBase Installation Specialists; including 24/7-telephone support, dial-up diagnostic capability, and fee-based installation services.
• Provide comprehensive, fee-based technical training classes on all aspects of OnBase software for Solution Provider sales and technical personnel, as well as for End-user system administrators.
• Offer Marketing Development Funds, allocated at the discretion of Hyland Software, for joint marketing efforts to targeted customers.
• Supply qualified end-user lead generation through national advertising, trade show exhibition, and direct marketing.
• Prepare customisable product literature, case studies, mailers, and promotional items – available in both electronic version or in print at subsidised prices.
• Open access to http://www.teamonbase.com/ - a password-protected website exclusively for Team OnBase Solution Providers.
